SUBJECT: GOVERNOR’S EXECUTIVE ORDER N-04-22 REGARDING CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) AND THE EXPIRATION OF COVID-19 WAIVERS

Provider Information Notice (PIN) Summary

PIN 22-12-ASC supersedes PIN 21-39.1-ASC, dated December 20, 2021, and notifies Adult and Senior Care (ASC) licensees and Continuing Care Retirement Community providers that pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order N-04-22, dated February 25, 2022, facilities operating under existing California Department of Social Services (CDSS) COVID-19 waivers are permitted to continue operating pursuant to such waivers through the expiration date set forth by CDSS, or June 30, 2022, whichever occurs first (unless extended by the Governor).

Please post/keep this PIN in the facility where persons in care can easily access it and distribute the PIN to persons in care and, if applicable, their representatives.
